The service was great! I bought my system 11 years ago along with a warranty and service maintenance. As a result, the equipment is in good shape. After talking with Cameron today, I renewed my maintenance system for another 3 years. He did a really nice job explaining to me why my heating wasn’t working efficiently (clogged filter). He said he tested everything and it was all in excellent condition. I ordered a new filter and all is well. Cameron is one of the nicest, considerate young men who have maintained my system since I bought it several years ago.

Camero was very professional and polite. When he tested the system he found the blower to not be defective but showed signs of deterioration. He did not push me to replace it but I decided to do so. He quoted me a price but through his further investigation he found it was covered under warranty. Certainly a happy day for me. I have been their customer for well over twenty years and have no plans on changing.

Chill came out the same day I called and fixed my absolutely ancient air conditioner on the spot without some over the top sales pitch. If your house is too hot or too cold, they know what they’re doing.
