Cameron showed up promptly (barely into the 4 hour window we were given). He was very thorough and efficient. Also very personable.

12/21/22: Maintenance tech ("Cameron") was very thorough. After assessing the health of my gas furnace he replaced a faulty capacitor, cleaned the burners, and double checked that my furnace was working at its best. All covered under my warranty and annual maintenance contract. This is especially needed now because of spike in the cost of natural gas. He also took the time to explain what he was working on, why the replacement part was needed, and answered any questions I had (which were quite a few). A man of considerable patience. I am happy to have such good service from 1hr H&A for my home. Routine maintenance such as this avoids breakdowns when conditions are extreme. DB

Camero was very professional and polite. When he tested the system he found the blower to not be defective but showed signs of deterioration. He did not push me to replace it but I decided to do so. He quoted me a price but through his further investigation he found it was covered under warranty. Certainly a happy day for me. I have been their customer for well over twenty years and have no plans on changing.
