Estimates and pricing
Repair prices are given in writing after diagnosis and before work begins. Estimates for new equipment are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Prices on the website, including membership pricing, may change without notice and do not apply until confirmed in writing.
Appointments
Online booking requests are not confirmed until we contact you. Arrival windows are estimates. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Payment
Payment is due when work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. Financing is offered by third-party lenders, such as GreenSky, subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms and registration requirements. Any labour warranty we provide is stated on your invoice or contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges or work by others.
Memberships
Membership benefits, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in your membership agreement. Benefits apply only to the enrolled property and active membership period.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chill Heating & Air is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
